no more than a 3inch blade
You should be able to replace the blade in your knife.
The Buck Knife 110 is a folding hunter or lock back folding knife. This knife is foldable and features a stainless steel blade, wooden handle and a leather sheaf.
A folding knife has a blade that manually opens and closes, while a switchblade has a blade that opens automatically with the press of a button. Switchblades are often considered illegal in many places due to their automatic opening mechanism.
A sailor's knife would be a (folding) marlinspike for the purpose of weaving/braiding/splicing rope.
Any fixed blade knife is legal. The law for a folding "pocket knife" no blade longer than 3" can be concealed. Therefore it is legal to own any knife although you can not conceal (hide on your person) any non-fixed blade over 3".
NO, as long as the blade is under 4 inches long
The max length for a folding knife is 4". I am not sure what the length is for fixed blades, but will find out. here is a helpful link.http:/homezperiodznetcomzperiodzcom/~brlevine/stazhyphenzlawzperiodzhtm
About 1".
Usually there will be a stopper in the handle on the side the blade came out. Push the lever to the side of the handle and fold the blade. It should be right next to the lever, it also helps hold the blade in the handle
Many years ago, almost all men carried a small pocket knife. A jack knife is normally a small folding knife that fits in pockets. "Jack knife" doesn't have a specific kind of blade.
It is probably not a buck-knife (usually called a folding- or pocket-knife), but may have been produced by the company label Buck Knives.
