It's common, but is a little better date/mintmark Morgan, in MS-63 average current retail values are $175.00-$200.00. The fact it's from the "Olathe hoard" does not make it more valuable.

I can't see the coin but in my opinion $38.00 to $40.00 is a fair retail price for this Morgan.
