The word "launderette" is a noun. It is a place, one much like a laundromat, where you would go to wash your clothes. It could be used in a sentence such as: I saw Susan while washing my clothes at the launderette or That launderette is very expensive but washes your clothes very well.
Option A) - Go to the laundromat with a handful of quarters, buy some detergent, place the clothes in the washer. Put the coins in, wash the clothes. Remove the clothes and place them in the dryer. Place coins in the slot, turn the dryer on, minding the drying labels on the clothes. Option B) - Do the above at home/at a friends for free.
Baby wash clothes are around 2-4 dollars. In the dollar store like Dollar Tree they are a dollar.
A place where you wash your clothes is commonly called a laundromat or a laundry facility. In some contexts, it may also refer to a laundry room, especially in residential buildings. These places typically provide washing machines and dryers for public use.
The quality control measures a laundromat would undertake include monitoring wash speeds, checking the cleanliness of clothes, and inspecting equipment. By performing these important tasks, they can help to maintain a efficient and profitable facility.
