The Italian L100, these coins, are minted in stainless steel, not silver, commonly are worth only a dollar or two US value. Some of the earlier ones, dated before 1962 can bring catalog value of about, $100 US, but only if in uncirculated condition. Dates after 1962 are generally not very valuable even in mint condition
