It depends on how far you are sending it and what postal service you are using. If you are sending it out of the country, probably not. I would decide based on past experience from mailing letters through that mail service to the same place. However if you have not done so before, I would say it probably would not make it in time.
In the UK the Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class post the next working day. So provided it is collected by around 5pm on Friday it should arrive Saturday morning. Generally in the U.S., it'll arrive on Tuesday if you mail it on Friday.

If all the right connections for forwarding are made it could be delivered on Saturday. It might not arrive until Monday and if everything goes wrong it will still be there on Tuesday.
