Adding Lycra to denim enhances the fabric's stretch and flexibility, providing a more comfortable fit and allowing for greater freedom of movement. This blend also helps the jeans retain their shape over time, reducing sagging and bagging. Additionally, the inclusion of Lycra can improve the overall durability of the denim, making it more resistant to wear and tear.

Really hard to find! To me jeans with lycra or spandex just don't feel or fit like good denim. I have found Lucky Brand Lil'maggie and some Maurices "premium" denim jeans are 100% cotton. Good Luck...The first thing I look at is the materials tag!
Jeans are typically made of denim cloth and then dyed with indigo blue. Today's jeans are mostly made of cotton although some are made with a combination of cotton and lycra or other types of stretchy fabric.
Lycra is an artificial fabric used in Feminine togs, like Nylon or Spandex, it is not a person"s name, Laura is, not Lycra.
Lycra is good for sportswear
is lycra woven kitted or bonded
Lycra would sound almost the same = LAIKRA.
