Any puppy who will not eat or drink needs to see a vet. Could be anything, but she needs to be checked.
If the puppy is only 1 month old you need to soak puppy food in water, get it soft, mash with a fork and let puppy go for it.

Yes, a 3-month-old puppy can eat sweet potato, but it should be cooked and served in moderation. Ensure it is plain, without any added seasonings, salt, or sugars. Always introduce new foods gradually and consult with your veterinarian to ensure it fits into your puppy's overall diet.
At that age you can start him on adult dog food.
OK I'm not an expert but my vet said that puppies shouldn't eat treats. He said to just give him his food for treats =) Kaitlyn11
A one month old yorkie should have about 1/4 cup of dog food. Some yorkies don't eat very much in the beginning so although you give them that much doesn't mean they are going to eat all of it.
A 4-month old puppy doesn't know what to eat. It's still learning that...they think grass is food, until they throw up...OR THEIR OWNER STOPS THEM!!! (take that as a hint)
eat lots if veggies and fruit, stay healthy, and chill out more
