Can a rat terrier have boxer puppies?

All dog breeds can successfully mate and have puppies. The logistics can be a little hard though (ie how does a Maltese reach a Great Dane) but technically yes, it is possible. If the lab is female and on heat (and is receptive), holding her down on a beanbag to keep her still and, err, reachable, may solve the height differential.

Yes, I have a pitbull/rat terrier mix. the mom was a rat terrier, the father a pitbull.

It is technically possible for any two breeds of Dog to produce puppies together as they are all the same species. I have known a male Dachshund mate a female Boxer without any human assistance, so a Rat Terrier and Red Heeler

mating should be more than possible, but I would suggest that the Rat Terrier be the male and the Red Heeler

be the female. If a larger dog impregnates a small dog, like the Rat Terrier, it might be life threatening for the small female to have larger puppies.

yes it is possible that it may have found a boxer husband and they had babies simple as that!!
