If she eats only a small amount occasionally, then it won't hurt her. But if she eats it as her regular diet, then yes, it can make her sick. Cat food is formulated for the nutritional needs of cats, which is very different from the nutritional needs of dogs.

For example, cats require a higher protein diet than dogs do, and too much protein can harm the dog's kidneys.
