depending on your dogs allergy i suggest you try doing it slowly so your dog doesn't end up having diaria nausea and etc.
A human being can have allergy from any type of food so there's no specific food that prevents food allergy. Yes you can follow a strict diet to prevent allergies once your physician has identified foods to which you are allergic.
Yes, it's safe once in awhile and not too much.
Yes. Many people with allergies such as animals or dust grow out of their allergies once they get older. Growing out of food/medication allergies is less common, but occasionally it does happen.
Garlic is actually toxic to cats, so which is most likely why your cat is having bad reactions to it. As for general allergies, they certainly can. I once had a cat with severe allergies. Cats can develop allergies to many things, although it is becoming increasingly common for a cat to develop allergies to corn and gluten often found in cheaper commercial food brands, and to household chemicals.

once, its just said that one year in a dogs life maturity wise is comparable to seven in human years.
Puppies will begin to eat dog food once they are weaned from their mother's milk, around six weeks of age.
Why do some dogs only poop once? Is it ok for dogs to poop only once?
Why are you giving your dog cat food? Cat food is higher in protein and will cause diarrhea in dogs so don't feed cat food to your dog.

This is NOT symptom of a first heat in dogs or for any subsequent heat. She needs to see a veterinarian ASAP. Some dogs regularly vomit excess bile, but twice a day is a bit much. I had a Shepherd/Collie mix with a very sensitive digestive system, and I discovered he had food allergies AND he needed to eat more than once or twice a day. Contact your vet by all means, but if they're stumped, ask about allergies and the possibility of a sensitive tummy.
