If my dog is about 14 months old and she is vomiting yellow foam and liquid a lot about twice a day could this be a symptom of her first heat?
This is NOT symptom of a first heat in dogs or for any subsequent heat. She needs to see a veterinarian ASAP.
Some dogs regularly vomit excess bile, but twice a day is a bit much. I had a Shepherd/Collie mix with a very sensitive digestive system, and I discovered he had food Allergies AND he needed to eat more than once or twice a day.
