Two guinea pigs can usually live together fine. I have two males, and I have a friend who has two females. They will fight sometimes, but nothing life threatening. They also enjoy the company!
Well, when my two piggies were both pregnant, I put them both in the same pen/cage. But, I didn't know that my guinea pigs were prego but they were acting OK. Your guinea pigs might fight, they might not fight.
Absolutely, yes. Guinea Pigs are social creatures, and can share an enclosure with other females just fine.
No, absolutely not. Ferrets would easily kill a guinea pig! They play very ruff, scratch, bite hard. To be on the safe side, you should never put them together.
I would probably consult your Dr.. The urine of guniea pigs and hamsters have a very high ammonia content.
no
guinea pigs love running around. so letting him/her run around in a pen outside would be heaven. (with you watching of course)
You shouldn't use balls to exercise guinea pigs. They have quite long bodies so running in one puts undo stress on their backs. Instead, use a fenced-in pen and let your guinea pig have fun running around inside it.
Usually when guinea pigs jump around occasionally wee-ing, it means they are pop-corning. When pigs popcorn it means they are extremely happy. Sometimes they run lapes, too.there are hundreds of vids on youtube of piggies pop-corning if your not sure :)
If they aren't the same gender, then don't put them together! I have an older guinea pig and a year old guinea pig. You just have to introduce them the right way. I put mine in a play pen, i used a child pool(no water!!), then put a dish of hay in the middle. They nipped at each other at first But now they are BFF's!! If they are fighting, quickly trow a towel over them, that will stop the fight.
Yes. Pigs not living in a sterile environment can transfer tapeworms as well as other worms through their feces. To prevent this, clean the pigs' pen constantly, and if one or more seems to show symptoms of having worms, immediately administer a dewormer to all the pigs.

a pen
With an oink pen!
I think pigs are probably kept in a pen.
It is very hard to train a guinea pig for anything, but you can supply an environment that helps prevent aggression among guinea pigs:* Never keep more than one male in the vicinity of a female: even if the female is in a separate pen, the males will fight, sometimes to the death, for supremacy.* Provide enough space. Guinea pigs are social animals, but also need their peace.* Prevent boredom. Guinea pigs love to hide and to climb. Provide them with a few rocks to climb on (which is also important for the health of their feet and claws). Provide plenty of hay to hide under, provide wooden structures to chew on.* Provide enough food. Guinea pigs don't seem to know when to stop to eat, and they will fight over food of only a little is on offer. Make sure there is always a good supply of hey, spread out so that all guinea pigs can access it without a fight. In case the question relates to aggression towards a human: guinea pigs are not naturally aggressive towards a human, but neither are they naturally friendly. A human is a big thread to a guinea pig, accepted on grounds of supply of food, but mistreating the guinea pigs in any form will harm this fragile trust.Leave them in peace. Don't pick them up, and if you do, make sure always to support their back feet.
