No. You can only tell a hamster's gender by a DNA test or the other generally used method fortelling any animal's gender.
You can tell the gender of a hamster by looking at the distance between their genital openings. In males, the distance between the anus and genital opening is greater than in females. Males also have a pair of scent glands located on their abdomen. If you're unsure, a veterinarian can help confirm your hamster's gender.
you look under their belly to see if it has a ding-a-ling -(that would be a boy) and if it doesnt, its a girl
its very shy and wont come out of its den and its starts losing its fur
What if your hamster has mange
Yes, hamsters do have fur.
i know it may be hard to tell but try and have a look at its private area, and gently squeeze either side of the skin and if anything pops out its a boy and if nother pops out its a girl, i learnt this from the vets.
You can't tell the gender of a dwarf hamster by its fur. You have to pick them up and look at them near the private parts. It's a male if there is a yellow spot or two holes far away from each other. It's a female if there is no yellow spot and two holes close to each other. Hope that helped. :P

Since they attack using their teeth, a noticable bite mark would be left, with a blood stain on the fur.
