yes! i did it...worked great :) feed the baby with an unused paint brush (as a make shift nipple) warm formula (3 parts water 1 part formula) every 2 hours during the day+3 hours at night. once his/her eyes are open you can feed them every 3-4 hours and start introducing hard food and water. make sure it is always available for them. good luck :)
If you have a baby mouse, dont put in a bathtub. Put it somewhere safe like maybe back outside. If you continue to keep this baby mouse, though, try a shoebox with tissues. That way the mouse can eat the tissues and have a comfy bed.
maybe a week (but to keep it alive you need to feed it warm milk from a small tube
keep it in a very warm environment, keep an eye out for any blood in its stool, and feed it baby soy formula every 3-4 hours during the day and twice during the night
No, her baby and her are still alive people keep on lying and pranking you
No way. If the baby mice are in the cage long enough with the mother mouse, the mother mouse will indefinitely eat the babies.
yes! they get easily sunburned and then it could lead to death
hold the mouse button and you will keep him alive and moving forever if you avoid the hazards if you don't let go of the mouse button
It depends on what relation ship the baby has with the adult. if it is its mother than probably. but keep quiet, any sudden noises can scare the mother and this can result to it eating its young. if it is a male mouse than this may not be a good idea as they are very territorial and may kill the baby.
Pinkie mice (meaning an unweaned mouse pup only days old) are best cared for by their mother. If she is present simply keep her well fed and stress free and she will do the rest. If mama is not around it is very difficult if not impossible to keep a pinkie mouse alive for more than a few days as they demand around the clock feeding and warmth.
That depends somewhat on your attitude towards baby mice.
WHAT ENVIORMENT SHOULD A BABY MOUSE STAY IN? I found a baby mouse the other day on my porch. I have a little fishtank that is empty. It has a built in light and gravel. The mouse is teeny! During the day, I keep the light on to keep it warm....... even though it acts like it doesn't like it. But at night, I turn it off. Mice DO like the dark. If it gets cold, it'll bury itself in the gravel... if it is a mouse and has that instinct. By the way, I named him Robert- Bob for short. : )
yes only if you wash out with water keep giving it water and you can feed it baby food
