Labradors shed constantly, but there is no difference between how much a yellow, chocolate, or a black lab sheds.
Our hair never stops falling either, actually. It just sticks around till you comb it. It's what hair does. Labradors do seem to shed a lot, though.

Doberman can shed a lot... it mostly depends of the kind of food they are eating. They do have short hair which makes their shedded hair less noticeable than those of let say a husky. But just because they have short hair does not mean they don't shed. There are a few breeds of dogs that don't shed at all, such as the poodle.
