They do actually, and will mostly bark if they are stressed, frightened, trying to get another pack member's attention, curious or alarmed at something. A wolf's bark is a bit softer and quieter than a dog's and is only reserved for short-distance communication. If they have to communicate with a pack or a lone wolf a long distance away, they howl.
Yes, they can bark, but only in rare cases. Mostly they "bark" when warning the others in the pack of something dangerous, but it isn't really bark - it is more of a "moff".
