Yes, Males will fight with each other, usually over food, water, females, or territory. To keep your guinea pigs from fighting make sure there is plenty of food and water (some people have two water bottles in the cage) and plenty of space. If you have a little igloo or house make sure you have at least two.

My sister's guinea pig had three babies, two boys and a girl. We decided to keep the girl, and find a home for the boys. Luckily, after long serching for a suitable home, our cousins took them into their family. The boys have been best friends ever since. Only the odd little squabble over food and the best place to sit, but that is normal guinea pig behaviour.

Your guinea pigs should be fine together if they have been raised without separation. But if not, a gradual introuction in a neutral territory is a good idea to get them to accept each other without a fight. If a fight starts, have a towel handy as you may get bitten while breaking up the fight.
