Depending on location, wolves generally eat food such as deer. They tend to stay away from the human population all together. However, those that are domesticated will pretty much eat anything that a dog will eat. For instance, I knew a domesticated wolf that loved peanut butter. Like dogs though, not all human foods that they will eat are good for them.
Dogs are "domestic" wolves - and like wolves they will hunt and scavenge to get their food if not fed by man.
they grow like a dogJust like us!They need nutrition and love to grow!
Some people kill animals e.g wolves for skin. When they kill wolves they stop the food chain and kill every animal in the food chain.
No, wolves' taste buds are not located in their stomach. Like humans, wolves have taste buds on their tongues that help them assess the taste of food before swallowing it. The stomach's main function is to digest food, not to taste it.
Wolves get their food by hunting it down usually in a pack.
Wolves don't get hunted for food. They are usually hunted for sport, their fur, and to protect livestock. Also, human's don't have much food. In North America and most of Europe, they do - but everywhere else there is often problems with finding food.
They probably like human food better than dog food
because, if the arctic wolves had pup's the same time as the other wolves then the pup's would not live. because for one, they'd freeze, for another, they would not have enough food to go around. just like the amount of wolves. they have few pup's when there's scarce food, and lots when the food is plenty-full.
They can search for (hunt for) food but they do not hunt like lions or wolves.
Wolves are mammals. They do not lay eggs. Just like a human, they give birth to their child right away.
