The Northern Hairy-nosed Wombat, like all marsupials, gives birth to live young. The young are born in a very undeveloped state and continue their development in the mother's pouch. Therefore, it produces internally in terms of gestation, but the young are nourished externally through the pouch after birth.
Koalas do not fertilize their young. They fertilize each other (internally) to produce young.
Horses are mammals and reproduce internally, and the female gives birth after a gestation period of about 335 to 340 days.
Most fish do not get pregnant in the sense of that of mammals, like humans. They produce eggs externally and then the males fertilize the eggs. Some types, such as sharks, do get fertilized internally.
Female goldfish have ovaries to produce eggs, and reproduce externally. Male goldfish have internal testes, and they also reproduce externally.
If someone is unable to produce fibrin, their blood would not be able to clot properly, leading to excessive bleeding from even minor injuries. This condition can be life-threatening, as it can result in uncontrolled bleeding internally or externally. Treatment may involve transfusions of clotting factors or medications to help promote clot formation.
Female frogs produce hundreds of egg cells at a time because their eggs are externally fertilized and need to be released in water for the males to fertilize. Female humans produce only one egg cell at a time because the egg needs to be internally fertilized inside the female reproductive tract before implanting in the uterus to develop into a baby.
Not sure I understand the question... The hip and the knee can rotate to the same direction as well as in opposite directions, either bearing body weight or not bearing body weight. As a side note, in Chinese martial arts the hips are frequently externally rotated and knees internally rotated simultaneously in order to produce tension in the legs. Peace!

Fragmentation in sponges involves breaking off a piece of the sponge that grows into a new individual, while reproduction in reptiles usually involves sexual reproduction where eggs are fertilized internally or externally. Sponges can regenerate lost parts easily through fragmentation, while reptiles rely on more complex reproductive strategies to produce offspring.

It gives them a better chance or increases the odds of having atleast one egg fertillized.
The cells themselves do not play a role, but they produce enzymes to facilitate digestion by breaking down larger molecules into smaller ones. It is a gland producing above mentioned enzymes externally (in to the lumen of the bowl) and internally (to the blood stream) Insulin/Glucagon.
