• Well It all depends on the size of the foil. If its a big piece or somewhat big the dog can choke. If it's a small piece then still take the dog to the vet. Look in the dogs feces to see if there is small pieces of aluminium. Do not worry though if its small possibility nothing will happen :)

Probably not, but the dog may be restless for a little while after swallowing the can, but the stomach acid of a dog will just dissolve the can. Too much aluminum can cause the dog to hyperventilate . I would call your vet to explain and see what they say, just to make sure.

Yes, this would be a serious risk of lethal complications. Beer cans are made of alumninum, and when chewed would result in sharp edges that would almost certainly cause lacerations of the GI tract. These lacerations would either result in significant GI bleeding and pain or could cause an open hole between the stomach or intestines and the abdominal cavity - a potentially fatal medical emergency.
