You need to see a vet and get that limb x-rayed, in order to rule out a fracture. It's possible that this is simply the result of inflamation, but the more time it persists, the more unlikley that becomes. Please consider seeing a vet on this asap. Limping is a pain indicator on dogs. And, as dogs typically have a very high pain threshold, it has to hurt a Lot before you see them limp.
