Hi, usually if the dog is an adult this is a tell tale sign that there is something going on 'neurologically'!!! If this is an older dog please bring he/she to your vets office ASAP! Be prepared for bad news (that sound awful i know but im honest) as normally there really is no turn around for this. Sorry but at least you know what it may be. My prayers are with you!
a skeleton dog
When a dog bites another dog's back legs, it could be a sign of aggression or dominance. It may also be a way for the biting dog to establish control or show its superiority over the other dog.
4, two front and two back
No. A dog's front legs have elbows, and the back ones have knees.
usually the back legs are longer in species like hyenas the front legs are longer!
hind-quarters
Male dogs can have dew claws on their front and back legs, but it varies by breed and individual. Dew claws are essentially a dog's thumb, and they are more common on the front legs than the back legs. Some dog breeds are specifically bred to have double dew claws on their back legs.
No "drug" looses dog smell(s)/or if you call frebreeze a drug then yes. there is.
When a dog drags its back legs when excited, it could be due to a condition called "happy tail syndrome." This happens when the dog wags its tail vigorously and hits it against hard surfaces, causing injury to the tail and hind legs. It is important to monitor the dog's behavior and seek veterinary advice if this continues to happen.
Take her to the vet!

He doen't want to be alone. Get him a friend or at least get him a teddy bear. That might help.
