I own a Rottweiler and she is great with my other dog. I also have no issues with her being out with other dogs in a dog park or at the beach. One of her favorite "friends" is a Chihuahua....so size doesn't matter to her either.
If you are unable to keep your rottweiler contact the nearest SPCA, most places will take them. In the UK we have rottweiler rescue centres, I'm not sure how it works in other countries, but if they do have a rescue center that is probably the way to go.
The only accepted colouring for a Rottweiler is black-and-tan. This means the Dog's body is all black with rusty brown markings on the legs, above the eyes and on the muzzle.
