To add oil to the transmission of a John Deere L120, first ensure the mower is on a level surface and the engine is off. Locate the transmission dipstick or fill cap, usually found near the rear of the mower. Remove it, then use a funnel to add the appropriate type of transmission fluid until it reaches the recommended level on the dipstick. Finally, replace the dipstick or fill cap securely before starting the mower.

Generally, attachments are not interchangeable between different brands. To ensure proper fitment, consult the user manuals or contact the respective manufacturers for confirmation.
