It is highly recommended to AVOID breeding hamsters (not to mention you need to get a license). Here is one answer (not made by me).

1. First you will need a male and a female teddy bear hamster

2.Female teddy bear hamsters come in the season every 4 days so everyday take out your hamster after sunset and pet her, if her tail sticks up and is not moving it means she in season

3.Use tall stuff around your house and make a circle not to big and not to small

4. If u pet your hamster and her tail sticks up it a lot it means she's ready to breed/mate

5. Put the male hamster in there first then few sec. later put in the female them pet her back then let them do there job

6. the male will mate her let them keep going until 1 of them tries to escape and if the female is not in the breeding position pet her back

7. after 1 of them tries to escape put them put in there regular cages

U will know when they have mated when u put the female hamster in the cage and few Minutes. later she will lay down on the bottom of the cage then u will know

Can a dwarf teddy bear hamster mix with a normal teddy hamster?

There is no such breed as a Dwarf teddy bear hamster. The normal 'Teddy Bear' hamster is just a nick-name given to another variation of the Syrian hamster. This is the long haired variety and is sometimes referred to as the "Teddy Bear" These hamsters are all one and the same breed, the Syrian hamster. (Mesocricetus auratus) No attempt should be made to intermix different species.
