Puppies and dogs work well on a set schedule. Set times in the day to feed the puppy and set times to take her outside to go potty. I have been doing every two to three hours at first. Make sure you have a designated spot in the yard for her to go. The puppy might think its playtime but make sure you consistantly say something like "go potty" to let her know thats what your there for. When the puppy goes outside make aure you show praise and treats work to. If the puppy refuses to potty outside put her in a crate for 15 mins or so and try again.
