Get a crate for the puppy but get one with a moveable divider and keep it so they have enough room to be comfy laying down but not enough room that they can go in a corner and not have to sit in it but they won't be able to go for more than 4 hrs 5 max without bein let out reward them when they go outside with small chewy treats like bil jacs bites that's how I trained my puppy and she's 2 and hasn't had an accident in months.

What age do you potty train pit bull puppies?

You should start training your puppy to potty train as soon as you can. Take the dog out a lot and praise them and give them treats whenever they go to the bathroom outside. If you catch the dog peeing inside say no sternly and take them outside. Leave them out there for a while so they get that they are supposed to go to the bathroom when they are outside. Praise them when they do go to the bathroom outside.

How can I effectively potty train my child using cloth diapers?

To effectively potty train your child using cloth diapers, start by establishing a routine for bathroom breaks and consistently taking your child to the potty at regular intervals. Encourage your child to use the potty by praising them for successful attempts and providing positive reinforcement. Gradually transition from using diapers to underwear during the day, while still using cloth diapers at night or for naps. Be patient and consistent in your approach, and remember that every child is different, so it may take time for them to fully grasp the concept of potty training.

How do you potty train a boy?

Get him to at least sit on the potty while going in his diapers. This will get him used to the idea of sitting on a potty and pushing. After a few weeks, if he is still terrified of going without his diaper on, then cut a large hole in the bottom of the diaper without him knowing. Then when he pushes, the results will surprise and please him, and he'll see how easy it is. This worked for us.

When can you start to potty train a child?

This will totally depend on your child and whether they are showing signs of being ready. You can start by getting a potty & placing it in a convenient place, and even practice sitting on it while still wearing diapers (or pullups). Be prepared for many accidents though, as it takes time for them to feel the need to go, and to do so in a potty or toilet.

I was thinking about getting a Royal Dandy pet pig I was wondering if they make good pets and if you can potty train them?

Royal Dandy pet pigs can make good pets with proper care and training. While some people have successfully potty trained their pet pigs, it can be challenging as pigs are naturally inclined to go wherever they please. It's important to do thorough research and be prepared for the commitment of caring for a pet pig before bringing one into your home.

Potty Train Your Poppy with Simple Steps?

Potty training is one of the most important aspects of dog ownership. Unfortunately, it might also be one of the hardest. In order to raise an obedient, potty-trained dog, you must begin potty training as soon as you welcome a new puppy into your home.To begin potty training, keep your puppy on a regular schedule. Your puppy should eat, go to sleep, and wake up around the same time each day. As soon as you get up in the morning, take your puppy outside. Puppies should also be taken outside 20 to 30 minutes after eating. The more potty breaks you can give your puppy the better. In the beginning, aim to take your puppy out once an hour.To protect your carpets from accidents, keep your puppy confined when you are not around. If you decide not to crate train your dog, keep him in the kitchen or laundry room. Make sure to take him outside before leaving the house and as soon as you come home. Once your puppy knows not to potty indoors, you can begin giving him more freedom. How to Get Your Puppy to Potty OutsideAt first, getting your puppy to potty outside might be difficult. To help your puppy understand what you want, tell him to "go potty" every time you take him outside. Give your puppy about 10 minutes to find a good spot and go to the bathroom. If your puppy doesn't go, take him inside and put him in confinement for 10 or 15 minutes. Once timeout is over, take your dog back outside. While it may take a few days, most puppies do eventually get the idea.Every time your puppy does go to the bathroom, shower him with praise and give him a treat. Puppies respond very well to positive reinforcement. Praising good behavior lets your puppy know exactly what you want him to do.During potty training, it's important to remember that every puppy has accidents. Potty training is a process that can take weeks to perfect. If your puppy does have an accident, refrain from yelling or physically punishing him. Hitting your puppy will teach him to fear you; it will not teach him to stop having accidents inside the house. If you witness your puppy having an accident, immediately ignore him or place him in timeout. After ignoring the behavior, resume your potty training schedule and use positive reinforcement to achieve your goal.

How do you correctly spell port a potty?

It is a commonly used term for a portable toilet, but the spelling is typically broken into two words: "porta" (from the Latin word porta, meaning "door" or "gate") and "potty." While "port-a-potty" (with hyphens) is also used sometimes, "porta potty" is the most widely accepted and recognized spelling.
