how do you reset it - do you mean to start the game over again losing all you progress? if so - you can delete it - it tells you in the instruction manual for the game : when you open nintendogs plus cats toy poodle via the 3ds menu - hold down the ABXY keys all together while the game starts up - it will then ask/confirm that you want to delete all history, dogs & cats you have in the game - selecting yes will delete all your history in the game & it starts from the kennels again.
