Two products, of similar constitution, are available at places like Home Depot and Lowes: 1.) Liquid Fence, and 2.) DeerOff by Havahart. Both products are in spray form and their primary active ingredient is "Putrescent Whole Egg Solids" (i.e. rotten eggs), along with small amounts of garlic and capsaicin. This has worked in my yard to repel deer from eating our hastas and other leafy plants. Although it's said to work by spraying a perimeter to "fence" out unwanted pests, such as deer, rabbits, and squirrels, I lightly spray the entire area, assuring I hit all the big leafy plants they seem to like most.

Additionally, you can try using natural deterrents like garlic or hot pepper spray, or consider trapping and relocating the groundhog with the help of a professional wildlife control service.
