have plenty of treats. get ur dogs attention get him in the sit position then put the treat in front of him and slowly put it to the floor he should lay down. when he does say lie down then give him the treat repeat until he can do it without hand gestures.
find their favorite dog treat, tell them to sit and keep on telling them to until they do, then tell them to lie down and repeat until they do. finaly give them a treat!
Have the dog sitting first, then take your hand (which should have a small treat in it) and put it in front of the dogs face. Then lower your hand down to the ground- the dog should be lying down now. Once it lies down you can say the Command of "Lie Down" and give the dog the treat- repeat as many times as needed until the dog learns the command.
get its attention on you when its attention is on you slide your stylus down and it will sit slide your stylus again and it will sit and touch the light bulb icon and teach it sit

because he doesn't want the baggeman to know that he stole the dog
They LIE down (to lie, lay, lain). LAY the table, please! (to lay, laid, laid).
To train your dog to beg on Nintendogs, you can use the "Play Dead" trick. First, teach your dog the "Lie Down" command and then follow up with the "Roll Over." Finally, teach your dog to stay in the rolled-over position by rewarding and praising them when they hold it. This will simulate the begging posture for your dog.
To train your dog on NintinDogs, you simply get them to do the required trick, and if it can be used as a trick, a little sign will appear on the top right - hand corner. Click on it, and then state your command's name. A few tricks that I know you can train your dog on NintinDogs are: sit, lie down, roll over, play dead, beg, jump, sniff, circle, and paw.
The dog will find the position most comfortable for it, you should not force the dog to lie down. If the vet has told you the dog must rest, ignore the dog; remove stimulus. The dog will find somewhere to curl up and sleep.
if you know how you can make you dog sit, when it sit, just slide its head one more time, this will make your dog lie down.
usually you don't have to train a dog to be protective it already is, i didn't have to train my dog and it is a great watch dog. I agree. Usually dogs have a natural sense of "Hey! This is my territory; get out!", so they'll just bark and bark at someone. Usually. But if your dog doesn't do that, then he/she either trusts humans too much (not that that's a bad thing) to bark at them, or he/she doesn't really care.
Teaching a lab to lie down is easier if the dog is a pup. Teaching the dog to lie down is easier if he/she will sit on command. If the dog is not at this phase yet; put a collar and leash on the dog, holding the dog still; with rearward pressure; push down on its hind quarters and give the command, (Dog's name), sit. Praise the dog if it can maintain this posture. Be enthusiastic but not overwhelming. A treat, a small tidbit, can also be helpful but only after a few seconds holding the position the command is given for. The command to lie down is accomplished by taking a dog from the sitting position and applying pressure to the front shoulders in a downward manner, while giving the command (dog's name), down. Once in the down position keeping contact on the dog praise it and give the command again. Stand up and holding your palm flat over the dogs line of vision give a downward motion of your hand and give the command down. I was able to train my lab in this manner when he was around 5 and 1/2 months old. He would do very well for short periods of time and then would want to play. Pups are like kids so stop training sessions when they are non attentive. Good luck
