It is not safe for your dog to play with a wild rabbit due to diseases they may be carrying. Even though the rabbit offers no physical danger, they should not be allowed near pets.

Well here's the thing. Rabbits and dogs don't usually get along very well. No meaning to scare you but my dog was with a rabbit and rabbit ended up . . . not really there anymore shall we say. Anyways, a rabbit can be in danger if you introduce it to a dog. I wouldn't say it's the best idea. Whether it seems their good friends or not. Please take my advice.
