They're faster than 60 km/h (~37 MPH) for short bursts provided they're sufficiently motivated. I came up on one in the middle of the road trapped between 4' snow banks on each side. He couldn't get off the road, so he ran down the center stripe. He maintained about 45 MPH for several hundred yards with my Jeep bumper inches from his rear. Snow banks petered out and he veered off the road after that. Not sure how long he could maintain the speed.
Coyotes usually walk at about 13 miles (21 km) per hour. When they trot, they can go 20 miles (32 km) per hour. But they can run at twice that speed!
Not as fast as 'Road Runner'.
Well, a grey wolf'saverage running speed is 72kph(45 mph). The fastest wolf ever recorded was a black timber wolf, running 91 kph (57 mph).
Cougars can run up to 64 kilometers an hour
Cougras run 64 kilometers per hour.
If it were to cross the finish line running full speed aprox 45-50 mph, about five seconds
The Fastest Cyote Only ran 11 miles per hour
Since cats and wolves can swim, I would say yes.
