Adult male polar bears grow to be about 770-1500 pounds and 7.9-9.8 feet long. Adult female polar bears grow to be about 330-550 pounds and 5.9-7.9 feet long. The largest polar bear ever recorded was 2,210 pounds.
POLAR BEARS Polar bears actually grow pretty fast.
Same way other bears grow.
None, which is partly why polar bears are carnivores.
No polar bears never visit Antarctica. Polar bears live at the opposite end of the earth - the Arctic.
They can grow a bit taller at the shoulder and outweigh the Polar bear by 500 pounds, but the Polar bears grow longer (Polar bears up to 11 feet long, Grizzlies only up to 7 feet long!)
They can grow up to 8ft tall
Polar Bears have two layers of hair...they grow their second layer of hair when have reached Adulthood.
They get older from being cubs and turn into full grown bears
Large birds, polar bears dont because no polar bears live in the south pole... I think.
Because they are large, powerful predators, and are very capable of killing a human easily.
Polar bears are large in size because of the cold temperature and they need to store fat to keep their body warm, basically the bigger the bear the warmer it gets.
Polar bears may be somewhat longer, and stand a bit taller, but large male brown bears can be as heavy as male polar bears, to nearly 1500 pounds.
