You don't HAVE to bathe your dog at all. Dogs lived in the wild long before humans domesticated them, and not one of those wild dogs ever had a single bath in its entire lifetime. And they survived just fine without them.
Bathe your puppy every week...
You can bathe a dog anytime.
Nope.
No.
If you are a first time puppy owner, then owning a puppy and eventually a dog will require a lot of time, work, and energy. You will have to plan your life around the puppy so that you are home to feed, bathe, walk, and love your puppy. However, as a dog owner myslef, I can assure that it is very rewarding.
when a dog or puppy has a dry nose, it means that the dog/puppy is sick. when my dog was a puppy, she had a dry nose often, but also didn't much and didn't act sick. if your puppy does not drink water often, try having it drink a bit first, if this doesn't help, i would see a vet.
if its under 6 weeks its not that good to bathe it but it wont hurt it and if it is under 6 weeks you should only bathe it when necessary. If its 8 weeks or older you should bathe it every 2 to 4 unless necessary to do before that. If you bathe a dog to much you can get rid of there natural 'scent' (the scent helps the dogs to identify each other) I bathe my dogs every 10 days and that keeps them smelling good. If the dog is indoors all day and is only outside for like an hour the whole week you don't need to bathe it so often. My dogs are outside more than 6 hours a day (if the weather is good) so therefore i need to wash them more often.
NO. you should not bthe a puppy his first day home
Yes, you can bathe a dog after she was mounted. There is no reason to bathe her, however! Bathing will not affect whether she might get pregnant.
In the bathtub.

Yes, it is perfectly fine to bathe your dog before she has puppies.
