Guinea pig pregnancies last 59 - 72 days. Litter size can be from 1 to 10 approximately. The female (sow) is fertile immediately after giving birth to the babies, and if the male is present (boar), she could very possibly get pregnant again. NOTE: This is NOT recommended, as it could put a large strain on the female (feeding the current litter at the same time as pregnant with the new one is not considered a delightful situation for the sow).
