This depends. If you want a dog that is somewhat active but otherwise lazy, this dog is good for you. Whippets are also very energenic. If not, well, look for another dog. I have a whippet myself. Hope I helped. :)

Hello there! if your female whippet has traits of a whippet she may be classified as a quarter or even less. when dogs are mated they don't necessarily have to be two pedigree dogs. one dog may have traits of lab for example. check this with your vet they may have more sufficent theories than myself
