Yes. It is a fine low-fat protein, but NO BONES. Chicken bones splinter and can kill a dog.
Not at all..
Is it safe to feed your dog a chicken that is alive?
Yes, as long as it has been cooked and has not gone bad. Do not give your dog the bones, though. They could become lodged in the throat.
At one point I did feed my dog a chicken bone, it was an accident of course, and it was fine. He is a small west highland terrier so I thought he would get hurt but he showed no signs of discomfort afterward.NEVER let your dog eat a COOKED chicken bone. Raw is ok. See the related link [1]
There are no warning signs after a dog eats cooked chicken......dogs don't die or get sick after eating cooked chicken. You only need to worry if the dog is choking on the chicken or if you fed the dog so much that the dog got a stomach ache or became overweight. If the dog is old get a vet....it's stomach may not be as strong as it used to be.
The Esperanto word for chicken feed is kokmanĝajxo. The word for dog food is hundmanĝajxo.
It is not good for a dog to have people food because it can make them sick.I wouldn't feed it to them.
The more real food you feed your dog, the healthier your dog is going to be, therefore table scraps would be healthy. You shouldn't feed him such table scraps as pizza or burritos, but you could feed them your table scraps of good chicken, steak, hamburger or beef. You could also feed them your table scraps of yams, carrots or green beans. These are all wonderfully acceptable items to feed your dog. I recommend adding some cooked chicken too there diet but never give it to them while you're eating or scrape it off your plate or they will start to beg. Also some olive oil is good for a dog's coat. (Put it on the food. Not on the dog.)
Dogs can eat chicken, but it is dangerous for them to eat COOKED chicken bones. See the Related Question below for more information and a source link.Another user stated also NOT to let dogs eat spicy chicken as it upsets their stomach.
Believe it or not a raw diet is the best food for your dog. However you should never feed cooked anything. Chicken bones that have been cooked are brittle and hard to digest. They are especially prone to become a choking hazard.
It's not a good idea to feed anyone (including a dog) spoiled meat in any form. It could make them very sick.
No it is not ok. It is ok to feed a dog cooked chicken with other things as well, every day. The chicken should be boiled or baked with no seasoning and mixed with rice or another grain product. This is a much safer way to avoid all the filler in commercial dog food. NO CHICKEN BONES for any pets.
