well, sorry, i cant actually answer your question because it depends on the type of dog it is and what your dog is use to or sensitive to. if i were you i would ask a vets permission about what to use on a certain dog or species.lol
no.your dog is probably having bad dreams.now the part where your dogs eye is open and white...its wierd for it to have its eye open but not to be white.when a dog goes to sleep the eyes sometimes roll back.so theres nothing bad for you to worry about but i would sugjest that you take it to the vet just in case. hope your dog is okay!
