Yes, it's generally safe to feed a puppy sardines in moderation, as they are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids and protein. However, ensure the sardines are packed in water or olive oil, without added salt or seasonings. Always remove any bones and consult your veterinarian before introducing new foods to your puppy's diet to avoid any potential Allergies or digestive issues.
The puppy will get sick and throw it all up.Make sure you read the puppy food label and feed the right amount. When the puppy is done eating,if there is any food left over pick it up until the next feeding.
i think it is exactly right that's how many times a day i fed all mine
Well it really all depends on how old the puppy is. If you think you your puppy is really young and needs little food give him/her the Purina Puppy Chow. But if you want to give it Orijen, by all means go ahead, its really all up to you. yeah. if the puppy is really young, then feed it the puppy chow, but if u dont wanna, then just feed it the orijen. HI IM ADDING ON..... I HAVE A MINI SCHNAUZER PUPPY AS WELL AND SHE LOVES PEDIGREE, ITS ORGANIC AND BUILDS HEALTHY BONES, SHE IS FULL OF ENERGY AFTER EATING IT!
You should feed your 6 month puppy a good, high quality puppy food until it is one year of age. I would suggest Purina Puppy Chow or Science Diet Puppy food.
First of all feed her puppy food to help with making more milk and she should be eating double what she usually eats.
Like all mammals a mother dog feeds her young milk that she produces.
Raw chicken can carry the deadly salmonella & other things such as parasites, etc. Your puppy should be fed a good brand name of puppy food that has all the vitamins and minerals needed. Don't feed it a cheap generic version of puppy food. Stay away from the raw meats. Just use the dry puppy food only. Feed it twice a day.
If the puppy is 4 weeks old or older soak some dry puppy food in water loosen up with a fork and he/she should eat it and about 2 week all teeth in they should eat the food dry good.
You can still see her rib and we are concerned as we feed Gracie three times daily supplying herwith water at all times.
Just make sure you feed and water the puppy everyday, and make sure you watch it all the time. And take it outside every hour or so, sometimes more
I am not sure exactly how it affects the puppy's digestive system, but it is not recommended. It may even make the puppy sicken or die. Go with powdered milk. If regular milk is all you have, I suggest that do not give it much, and warm it up a bit.
i also have a lab who is now 3 months old she is on puppy chow all though the vet recommends to pricier brands puppy chow is still safe for your puppy the vet i saw just said that they don't research like other company's and may not have some items in it but it will not hurt the puppy in anyway
