The shampoos that have conditioner in them are not very good and can leave the hair limp and heavy. The reason this happens is because many of the shampoos in super markets or drug stores have detergent in them (sulfates) and many of the conditioners leave hair dry and limp. The best solution is to use good products that are sulfate free. I use AG shampoo, I also like Nine Naturals. Both are worth the extra money to get a good product and that lasts for months.
