I don't know about rabbits, but I understand that a tablespoon of Tomato Juice a day prevents a female dog's urine from burning the lawn.
The single biggest thing is to dilute the urine with lots of water. The other is to improve the lawn drainage with sand or gypsum to let the urine drain through the soil rather than sitting in the root areas of the grass.
No, rabbit urine is not a carcinogen (cancer causing agent).
Give it a carrot. [Or give it anything that is a vegtable.]
They will eat anything they can get their teeth on, but feeding beans to a rabbit is unhealthy and I very much recommend you don't give beans to a rabbit.
Alice doesn't give anything to the White Rabbit. At one point he tells her to fetch his gloves and fan, but she doesn't manage to do it.
No, never give your rabbit anything salted.
Take it to the vet, as it could have the snuffles. See the two links below that give you information about it.
Of course. Theoretically, you can give anything (that was born) a birthday party. Humans give all kinds of pets these types of celebrations. The rabbit of course may not be totally aware of what is transpiring, and hence, the celebration is really an act that humans do to have fun for themselves.
Given that rabbits are "wild" animals, anything that its not as close to natural as possible would not be good for a rabbit. All the sugar and processed food in the cake would not go over well with any rabbit.
you give it rabbit food
There is a rabbit in the garden. The dog is about to see the rabbit that is in the garden.Watch how the dog chases the rabbit out of the garden.I hope the rabbit escapes.
This could mean it is dying. But before I give you possible reasons to why this is happening you will need to tell me... - How old the rabbit is -Has anything like this haappened in the past - What does her poop look like (no i am not kidding) - Is she spayed? - Has she ever had any babies? - Has she been aroung a male rabbit in the past 3 weeks? - Were did you get her? - Does her urine look/smell unusual? - What brand of food do you feed her? -Does she use litter? If so what kind? - Is she mainly an inside or outside rabbit? Even then, I may not know what the probablem is. The best thing to do right now is take her to a vet. Please, take her to a vet.
No. Vanilla is too concentrated and strong for a rabbit. You shouldn't give your bunny any oils, dried spices/herbs, extracts, flavourings, seasonings, or anything like that. It isn't natural or healthy for rabbits to eat or drink them, and it could lead to a bad health reaction. Putting vanilla in the water won't help with the urine smell, anyway. The smell comes from two things (mainly): hormones in your rabbit's body, especially if your bunny isn't spayed or neutered; and ammonia, which starts to grow once it leaves the rabbit's body. The only thing you can do to to help with the urine smell is to keep the rabbit's litter and habitat clean. Scoop out soiled litter every day, and scrub down all surfaces as needed (depends on your rabbit's behaviour - maybe as often as once a month, but at least once a year). If your rabbit is dehydrated, or sick, that could make the smell worse. Look for other signs of ill health, and consider bringing your bunny to the vet. See the related questions below for more info.
