Pet rabbits do not eat when they have to much hair clogging up their system, in other words if they have hairballs. They can not get rid of hairballs by them selves. To prevent getting hairballs, brush your rabbit daily and/or feed it lots of timothey hay or alfalfa. Hairballs are pretty serious, they could kill the rabbit. I advise you to take you rabbit to emergencey emmidiatley it is not something that they can pass. If it has not been eating for a while, then it probably has a hairball, a while being 2 or three days. But if it was just a short time, maybe it is just not hungry. I hope I helped. Good luck.
This is a sign that your rabbit is sick. There are many possible reasons why this is happening. No matter what the reason, your rabbit is now in very serious danger: a rabbit that isn't eating will develop GI stasis, and this can kill your rabbit within a day or two. Your rabbit needs immediate veterinary attention! See the related questions below for details and helpful links.
To prevent your rabbit from pooping outside its litter box, ensure the box is clean and spacious enough. Place hay in the box to encourage your rabbit to use it. Supervise your rabbit when outside the box and reward good behavior with treats. Consistent training and patience are key to success.

The answer to this question is the same for all breeds of pet rabbit. When a pet rabbit is so sick or injured that it stops eating, drinking, peeing, and/or pooping, and/or if the rabbit is lying there not moving at all, then it will die unless it gets help from the vet.
