I would have the doctor check it out first, but I am sure everything is OK. Then go have a check-up by your dentist and be sure everything is A-OK there. Sometimes we can have an impacted tooth (painless for some) and of course not know it. For some reason many of us can have a little lump or two in the jaw-line area that is rubbery and moves, but because yours is painful my bet is seeing your dentist.
