There isn't a "common wild horse." There are 30 wild horses all around the horse isle world at once, placed randomly. Some breeds are only found on specific isles. You can look up in the library or on a horse's profile (the paragraph about the breed below all the stats). If it says that it is in a specific area, then you can only find it in that area.
