If the dog is cooked thoroughly it can make a good meal. If the dog is walking around and fine then you should just keep an eye on it. I would imagine its the same as a human, I personally have been hit with fairly high voltage and been fine. Just watch for any awkward movements and if the dog seems "off" in any way consider taking it to a vet. More than likely though you shouldn't worry.
