The best thing you can do for it is to take it in. Keep it in a room separate from the rest of the house, and give it a box or the like that it can sleep in. Feed it both canned and dry food, preferably the kind that is meant for kittens. However, if you cannot keep it in your house for any length of time, then I would suggest putting out a structure it can sleep in and setting out food and water. That is all you can do for it with out providing shelter. But above all, be sure not to take it to a shelter that euthanizes. Its kittens will be put down immediately and chances are the mother will be, too. There are no such things as "low-kill" shelters, despite what they may say. I would highly recommend bringing the cat to a rescue (also called a no-kill shelter) and turning it in. They can be trusted.

Where can I find stray kittens?

I am hoping that you are wondering because you want to adopt one to keep as a pet. If that is the case, I wouldn't go for a stray for several reasons, but disease is one of the big ones. You should probably look in your local newspaper for kittens. Most of the time they are free. But if a stray is really what you want, try the Arby's parking lot. That's usually where I see stray cats and kittens. Or sometimes they are in the parking lot of grocery stores.

If you find a stray mother cat and kittens in your neighborhood, you should contact a local animal shelter or rescue organization for assistance. They can help with trapping, spaying/neutering, and finding homes for the cats. It's important to provide food, water, and shelter for the cats in the meantime.

You found a stray family of cats 1 cat 2 kittens under my porch they are not very friendly what should you doI don't want them hurt?

You can put out a bowl of dry kitten food and a bowl of water. Call the ASPCA. They will take the mother and kittens. If the mother and her kittens are safe and hidden from preditors (which it doesn't sound like they are) and you feed them they'll stay around. Heat and cold are another problem. Racoons, dogs and coyotes, also are a big problem in some areas and will probably get to the kittens while their mother looks for food.
