You should put it in its cage and let it settle down just leave it alone for a while.

In the long run: stop doing things to make it mad! You and your rabbit should live in harmony. If your rabbit doesn't like being picked up, just accept the fact and stop picking it up. Rabbits generally don't like being handled, anyway: they're not cats, after all.

For a pet rabbit to be happy, it needs to have its boundaries respected, and it needs to be able to engage in natural behaviours (like sprinting, digging, grazing): otherwise, it will suffer from stress, which can make it mad and aggressive. Give your rabbit toys and take steps to ease its stress.
