Haha! It depends on the breed of dog you have. For my dog, it is natural since he is a six year old beagle and his ears always droop, although they do raise a tad bit if he is listening intently. However, if you have a short-eared dog, then I would say that the dog is extremely comfortable with you and that he wants to spend time with you. Most dogs do this with mainly their owners. Either way, a dog wagging its' tail is not always a intimation of it being happy, sometimes it is ready to pounce and play with you!
Hope this helps!

When bunnies stick their ears up, it usually means they are alert and listening for potential threats or noises in their environment. It is a natural instinct for rabbits to use their ears to detect any approaching danger.
When a hamster puts its ears up, it is usually a sign that they are alert or inquisitive about their surroundings. This behavior allows them to better listen and determine if there are any potential threats or interesting things nearby.
It's listening behind it or there's wind blowing in it's ears
To calm down means to relax and stop being angry. Turn the anger into a cool feeling of optimism and a happy outlook.
Look at its ears and head, if the head is down and ears is down then its probably scared. If its making eye contact then it could be angry.
It means she is happy with not being in a relationship.
happy means not much but theyare feelings like being mad , sad and more emotions.
