Puppies are not like adult dogs and cannot digest the kind of food that adult dogs can. So you must limit its meals to mashed rice, milk and other easy to digest items. There are specialty puppy food that is available in most pet shops. You can try them too. Do not try to feed your puppy meat until he is 6 months old. They may not have the capability to digest meat and can start acting strange and even start throwing up.
