no. . . they are wonderful. i had one one but he died from old age. he lived long for a goldendoodle at 17 years with no health problems! i loved him dearly. he was so smart. he loved to swim and never acted old. great dog. he could backflip and handstand and he was great with kids. he was a therapy dog too. everyone misses him. even my spitz and German shepherd. yes they are great pets.

YES! Goldendoodles by nature, are very playful and friendly. My goldendoodle has limitless amounts of energy and is always ready for a game of fetch or a walk. She is so cute and is always in a playful mood and can sometimes be very funny when she plays. Best of all, most don't shed, so they aren't messy or dirty!

Golden Doodles have hair not fur so they do not shed and if you are alergic to dogs with fur then you should not be alergic to a golden doodle. other dogs with hair are bichon frise, havanese cocerspaniel
